Flow Yoga AI provides an AI-powered platform for generating personalized yoga and NSDR (Non-Sleep Deep Rest) sessions. Our Service uses artificial intelligence to create custom session sequences based on your preferences, skill level, and physical limitations, providing guided practice instructions and session management tools.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you register for an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate and complete
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

Generated Content

AI-generated yoga session sequences and instructions created for you are for your personal use. You may not redistribute, resell, or use them for commercial purposes without our explicit permission.

Your use of our Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Site and informs users of our data collection practices.

8. Health and Safety Disclaimers

IMPORTANT: Flow Yoga AI is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

  • Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any new exercise program
  • The AI-generated sessions are for informational purposes only and should not replace professional yoga instruction
  • You are solely responsible for determining whether the generated sessions are appropriate for your physical condition
  • Stop immediately if you experience pain, discomfort, or dizziness during practice
  • We are not liable for any injuries or health issues that may arise from using our Service

The Service is provided on an &aposAS IS&apos and &aposAS AVAILABLE&apos basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Warranties of merchantability

  • That the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free

  • Any physical injuries sustained during yoga or NSDR practice
  • Any reliance on AI-generated session content
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
  • Any bugs, viruses, or similar harmful code transmitted through the Service
  • Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in AI-generated content

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Flow Yoga AI and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms, your use of the Service, or any injuries or health issues resulting from your yoga or NSDR practice.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
